New forms and documentation for filings before the IMSS

On July 17th, 2012, the Technical Committee of the Mexican Social Security Institute (“IMSS” for its acronym in Spanish) published in the Federal Official Gazette the Resolution ACDO.SA2.HCT.280312/86.P.DPES and related exhibits, in connection with the approval of data, documentation and specific forms to be provided or enclosed in order to carry out the following filings before the Economic & Social Benefits Department of the IMSS:

• Application for Pension due to Disability, Unemployment in Advanced Age, Retirement at Old Age, Widowhood, Orphan, Ascendants, Family Allowance, Permanent Disability and Early Retirement.
• Request for change in pension applications in all its forms, including change of address.
• Application for credit in account.
• Request for payment of pension to a third party.
• Loan application on account of pension.
• Proof of survival.
• Payment of marriage and funeral allowances.
• Agreement of indirect payment and reimbursement of subsidies.
• Application for admission and registration of childcare facilities in all its forms.

The referred to Resolution will become effective on September 15th, 2012. All filings already in process at the date in which the Resolution becomes effective will continue to be processed in accordance with the proceedings, data and documentation in force at the time in which they were initiated.
